Dterminants of medication adherence in Moroccan schzophrenic patients

Abstract Introduction Schizophrenia is a psychiatric condition in which patient adherence key issue its management. Objectives To estimate the prevalence and determine factors associated with medication patients schizophrenia. Methods This was cross-sectional study conducted at psychiatry department of CHU IBN Rochd Casablanca among schizophrenic followed from May 2019 to January 2020.
